Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms govern the Wick Hunter Unleashed software (the “Software”) and optional managed hosting sold by Wick Hunter Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Wick Hunter,” “we,” or “us”). Our registered address is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. By buying, installing, or using the Software or hosting, you agree to these Terms. Checkout may include additional terms for a particular plan; if they conflict with these Terms, the checkout terms govern that purchase.
1. Software licence
A Monthly or Yearly plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run one copy of the Software on one server during the active subscription period, including an offered free access period. A prepaid, nonrenewing Yearly plan gives you access through the date shown at checkout. A licence is tied to your account and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared. You may move your installation using your personal install page, but may not run more than one licensed installation at a time.
A Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants access for the life of the Software product and does not renew as a paid subscription. The Software may automatically renew technical licence tokens as needed to validate that entitlement; token renewal does not create a charge or paid subscription renewal. It is licensed for one installation. If Wick Hunter Software, LLC ceases operations, Lifetime licence holders will be provided with the complete source code of the Software so they can continue to run and maintain it. This source-code commitment is part of the offer.
2. Pricing and billing
Any private promotion code accepted at checkout applies according to the terms shown there. A code does not change the price of optional hosting, VPS charges, or other add-ons unless checkout expressly says otherwise. The price and renewal interval for your purchase are shown at checkout before you confirm it.
For an eligible software-only card subscription started before October 15, 2026, we collect the payment method at signup, provide Software access without charge until midnight at the start of October 15, 2026 (America/New_York), and make the first non-prorated charge on October 15, 2026. The 7-day first-payment refund period begins on that first actual charge, not at signup. A subscription started on October 15 is charged when you sign up, and its refund period begins with that payment. We will email a reminder before a scheduled first charge. You can cancel in the billing portal before that charge to avoid it. Any price and renewal interval are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where Stripe offers stablecoin payment for a Yearly or Lifetime plan, that is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. A Yearly plan bought with stablecoin under the prelaunch offer provides access through October 15, 2027. Lifetime is also a one-time purchase. Any other term or access date shown at checkout applies to that purchase.
3. Private installation and trading risk
The Software runs on a private installation on infrastructure you provide or, if available and purchased, a private VPS under our optional managed hosting service. Exchange API credentials and trading configuration are stored on that installation. We do not take custody of your funds, digital assets, or trading capital. The Software does not provide brokerage, money-transmission, or managed-account services.
The Software automates trading logic you configure. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we make no representation that it is suitable for you. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of some or all capital. We do not guarantee profitability, performance, uninterrupted operation, or that every exchange order will execute as intended. You are responsible for your strategy, settings, exchange account, monitoring, and each trade made through your account.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your exchange accounts in good standing, securing any infrastructure you control, protecting your credentials, and following each connected exchange’s rules. Use appropriately restricted API keys; we recommend disabling withdrawal and transfer permissions and enabling an IP allowlist where supported. Do not send API secrets in support messages or diagnostic files.
5. Optional managed hosting
Managed hosting is a separate service and is offered only where checkout or the customer dashboard confirms availability and price. Hosting requires an active Software licence. Monthly or Yearly hosting selected with the Software is billed together with it at the total and interval shown before checkout. Hosting added to a Lifetime licence is a separate monthly subscription. Availability, locations, specifications, included support, and backup coverage may vary and are described at the point of purchase. Hosting does not include any feature or coverage not stated there.
You may cancel recurring hosting through the billing portal. Cancelling a combined Monthly or Yearly Software and hosting plan ends both together; hosting attached to Lifetime is cancelled separately. Cancelling hosting does not transfer a hosted server or its contents to infrastructure you control.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access generally continues through the current paid period, subject to mandatory consumer rights. See our Refund Policy for the voluntary refund policy. Nothing in that policy or these Terms removes a right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
If you have a billing concern, contact us so we can review it. A payment dispute may result in suspension while the payment provider reviews the charge, subject to applicable law and payment-network rules.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security threat, or unlawful use. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. This does not limit rights that applicable law makes mandatory. You may stop using the Software and cancel recurring plans at any time.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Software and hosting are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular warranty exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital arising from use of the Software or hosting. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or through the service and state when the change takes effect. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase. If you continue using a recurring service after a change takes effect, the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
10. General and consumer rights
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent allowed by law. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
